Spirit Night - TONIGHT

Join us for our first Spirit Night of the new school year!

Gather on August 31st from 5-8pm at Penne For Your Thoughts (9430 S Northshore Drive). Be sure to tell them you are with A.L. Lotts so that we receive a portion of the proceeds.

Tennis Team Evaluations

Evaluations will take place at Gettysvue Country Club tennis courts on Saturday, September 2nd at 11:00am. If your student attended Wednesday's evaluations, they do not need to come a second time.

All levels welcome and all players who sign up are placed on a team!

$40 registration fee and Players need to be registered under USTA (free for Jr. USTA!)

Lunch Helpers Needed

We need volunteers to help the flow of our lunchroom by opening items, wiping tables, etc.

Beginning September 5, we are looking for 4 helpers each day (2 per shift ~ 10:30-11:30 and 11:30-12:30). All volunteers must complete a background check form, which can be obtained from the office.

Kindergarten Popsicle Playdate

Kindergarteners and their families are invited to join us on Thursday, September 14, on the playground to meet friends, play, and enjoy a popsicle.

Stop by the gym at 5:45 for a brief PTA meeting before heading to the playground at 6.

Favorite Things Lists

The goal of a favorites list is to help families get to know our staff better and guide us with ways to show appreciation. Favorites can be used to love on our staff in so many ways...

to celebrate a birthday

to organize gifts for teacher appreciation week, holidays, end of year

to send in a bouquet of their favorite flowers

to send in their favorite coffee or fountain drink

to send in a box/package of their favorite candy

to send in a favorite dessert to enjoy

to organize breakfast or lunch to be brought to school

to send in a gift card from their favorite store or restaurant

Aside from favorites lists, a sweet note of encouragement from a parent or student is always appreciated.
